That's how we're UNSTOPPABLE for our employees! Job Overview The SFA role will primarily focus on managing media purchase orders, invoicing, and tracking. This position requires collaboration with both external vendors and internal partners for media month-end close activities and reporting. Additionally, the SFA will also assist in preparation of operating budget and forecast, analyzing financial trends and providing operational drivers behind results, and prepare reports and presentations on findings. Job Responsibilities: Manage Purchase Orders, communicate with various external vendors, and track expenses by line of business for monthly reporting Support budgeting, forecasting, month-end processes (e.g. accruals, reclasses, account analysis) Utilize financial modeling techniques to analyze results and identify variances and underlying causes, opportunities, and risks Provide actionable insight around trends and financial performance Construct monthly Executive presentations summarizing operational budget, variances analysis, and cost drivers Education: Bachelor's Degree Finance, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Engineering (Required) Work Experience: 4-7 years Experience in Finance, Accounting, Forecasting, or Budgeting. Wireless Telecom experience. Experience with SAP/BPC, Hyperion, or Equivalent, Working knowledge of Business Objects, SQL, Database or other reporting tool. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
