Medbridge Software Engineer in Bellevue, Washington
MedBridge, Inc. seeks a Software Engineer in Bellevue, WA.
Duties: Write code to fulfill requirements set by product and engineering leadership. Review peers' code to ensure adherence to quality and security standards. Attend team meetings and agile ceremonies. Maintain and improve existing codebase through proactive refactoring and performance improvements. Lead software design and architecture. Direct projects and initiatives. Mentor of junior engineers. Research, explore, and develop new technologies and processes. Support issues which require escalated access to systems. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field, plus 36 months of experience in a related occupation.
Requires experience in all of the following:
- 2 years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new and existing web applications;
- 1 year of experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team;
- 1 year experience building web applications using Go, PHP and Angular;
- 1 year experience MySQL ; and
- 1 year experience writing automated unit and integration tests.
