UiPath Inc Software Engineer II in Bellevue, Washington

[Design, code, and architect significant components of UiPath's Automation Suite. Design, engineer, and deliver solutions that allow customers to deploy the Automation Suite on top of Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF) projects that meet requirements of availability, scalability and security. Develop and deploy code (in GoLang, or Python or Java) with cloud infrastructure and application container tools catered to cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes. Design and engineer solutions around the CNCF opensource projects (such as Kubernetes, Envoy, CI/CD Pipeline). Collaborate with engineering teams (including Senior and DevOps Engineers) and delegate design and development work. Ensure efficiency and collaborative effort, and that all modules work together as a well-formed, expertly developed product. Integrate with CNCFs and cloud ecosystems including MS Azure, Amazon Web Services, and Google Cloud. Maintain and operate cloud services at UiPath, ensure Service Level Agreement objectives are achieved. Monitor systems and applications using Application Performance Monitoring software to ensure 99.9% uptime of Automation Suite on Cloud Service and on-premises. Develop customizable alerts and notifications to enable customers to deploy and manage their on-premises UiPath offerings. Engage stakeholders to adhere to and influence our best practices across the engineering organization. Play a critical role in defining and helping to design and improve our platform considering the important principles of engineering fundamentals (operability, availability, resilience [including full region failover], security, load balancing, synchronous and asynchronous programming models, and high performance). Contribute to and influence UiPath's best practices and culture for software development, documentation, and integration. Define and develop datastore platform architecture for the next generation technologies.  Requirements: [Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Five (5) years of progressive experience in cloud-native technologies, distributed computing and software development or combination thereof. Experience must be post-Bachelor's. Employer will accept a Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and three (3) years of experience in cloud-native technologies, distributed computing and software development or combination thereof in lieu of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in five (5) years of progressive experience as described above.  Experience must be post-Bachelor's.   [Academic coursework, internship, or work experience to include: 3 years of experience in software engineering or development using Java or Python or GoLang; 3 years of cloud experience in Azure or AWS or GCP; 3 years of experience developing Restful microservices and CI/CD pipelines; 3 years of experience in design and architecture in distributed computing; 2 years of experience in Kubernetes and Docker; 1 year of experience in Envoy proxy.  ]{lang="EN-US"}]{lang="EN-US"}]{lang="EN-US"}

$190,486/yr. - $218,750/yr.
