Senior User Acquisition Business Data Analyst
Job Duties: Independently create and optimize SQL queries forecasting long term user acquisition (UA) marketing spend trends to optimize budget and achieve desired return on ad spend (ROAS). Perform data automation and visualization of vast quantities of business data, creating detailed reports for C-suite executives to analyze and predict future company marketing spend. Create and interpret detailed predictive key business metrics utilizing eCPM, gross margin, LTV and ROAS for our digital marketing campaigns. Build statistical models to predict user lifetime value based on retention, daily revenue, and other key user metrics. A/B test creatives and use early signals to predict installs per milli-impressions (IPMs) across banner, video and playable ads. Review and approve data analysis work from intern and junior data analysts. Manage P&L for marketing spend to ensure we maintain a healthy gross margin and payback period.
Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field, or the foreign degree equivalent and 2 years of experience performing data analysis. Experience must include each of the following:
- 2 years of experience using SQL query language, Python programming language, and Excel macros;
- 2 years of running paid user acquisition campaigns for mobile games;
- 1 year of experience creating and utilizing dashboards for paid user acquisition;
- 1 year of experience adjusting bids for marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, and Ironsource;
- 1 year of experience working on ad monetized mobile games; and
- 1 year of experience working with video editing artists to create ads for mobile games.
Experience and education may be gained concurrently.
SALARY: $90,000 per year to $110,000 per year.
LOCATION: Position full-time, 40 hours per week, with Kooapps LLC located in Bellevue, WA.
