We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Operations Manager to join our team. This role, also known as Revenue Operations Manager, is pivotal in driving sales performance and ensuring operational excellence across various functions. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in project management, stakeholder coordination, and senior leadership communication, coupled with strong analytical and Excel skills. Job Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to streamline processes and drive efficiency. Act as a liaison between Sales Operations and senior leadership, providing updates, insights, and recommendations. Utilize advanced analytics and Excel skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights. Partner closely across various data analytics, systems, and operations team to improve on Sales and Revenue Operations Systems architecture for new products, including supporting business process and system implementations Experience quota setting, forecasting, pipeline management, sales incentive compensation plans, territory alignment methodologies Manage the run the business needs of the sales teams - quota setting, forecasting, pipeline management, utilizing insights and tools to drive business performance, evaluating and measuring sales performance and cadenced business reporting. Enhance the sales process by implementing best practices, setting goals, and managing change effectively. Lead change management initiatives to improve processes and adapt to evolving business needs. Collaborate with the legal team to manage contracts and ensure compliance with company policies. Maintain regular reporting on sales performance, commissions, and other key metrics, providing detailed readouts to stakeholders. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Education: Bachelor's Degree Or equivalent of 8+ years of work in a similar capacity (Required) Work Experience: 7-10 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Consulting or similar role related role in the AdTech or Tech industry. 7-10 years Experience in sales operations (Required) 4-7 years of experience Program or project management experience involving leading and implementing large-scale change management programs with cross functional teams 2-4 years Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM technology (Required) Proven record of accomplishment of successfully managing projects and coordinating with multiple stakeholde
