That's how we're UNSTOPPABLE for our employees! This position is responsible for developing and managing deployment of CRM campaigns in order to grow and retain T-Mobile's customer base. This position is specifically responsible for timeliness, quality and accuracy of campaign execution & results. Furthermore in scope is the identification of channel and process improvement to support campaign management efficiency & effectiveness. Responsibilities: Develops marketing plans and deployment calendar, prioritizing requests and deploying 5-10 campaigns per week. Leverage Marcom tools to deploy tactics such as SMS, Email Track deployment details and provides reporting within 1-3 days of deployment Partners with creative agencies, Care, Product and T-Mobile for Business (TFB) Marketing Segment Managers across all TFB Segments and optimally communicates timelines and deployment requirements. Prepares presentations for various audiences ranging from peers to executive level. Prepares recommendations for annual business plans and strategies as well tactical plans. Responsible for reviewing market size, preparation of audience files. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree (Required) 4-7 years Marketing experience. (Required) 4-7 years demonstrated ability in one or more of the following categories: Pardot, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Excel, CRM activities, Marketing Software, HTML coding, Marketing creative development. (Required) Must be self-motivated, entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, challenged by accountability Ability to interact with a diverse set of technical and non-technical stakeholders Must be able to communicate effectively to leadership #LI-Corporate * At least 18 years of age * Legally authorized to work in the United States * T-Mobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, unless precluded from doing so by applicable law. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
