Ericsson Inc Sales Director Business Development in Bellevue, Washington
Join our Team Location: Bellevue, WA About this opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Director to join our CU T-Mobile Business Development team with location in Bellevue. As a Sales Director for Business Development you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and expanding our business with T-Mobile. You will also be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic planning, business development, and partnership management. What you will do Build market position by identifying and building strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations, understanding their needs and challenges. Identify new business opportunities aligning with Ericsson and T-Mobile strategy and develop strategies to create new revenue streams for Ericsson and T-Mobile. Create compelling presentations and leverage your sales expertise to present Ericsson's products and solutions effectively, demonstrating how they align with client needs. Drive revenue growth through effective prospecting and lead generation and closing. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to proactively address client concerns and position Ericsson as a preferred partner. Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements. Collaborate with product development and strategy teams to identify new products, services and engagement models that align with customer needs. You will bring Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field. 15+ years of experience in the telecom industry. Proven success in driving revenue growth through strategic planning, business development, and partnership management. Strong customer (preferably T-Mobile US) understanding and relationship. Strong understanding of the ICT and telecom technology and industry, including emerging technologies, eco system and competitive landscape. Strong understanding of 5G monetization areas and ongoing industry efforts. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and contract skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Self-starter with a results-oriented approach.
