Title: Project/Program Manager II Req number: 81630-1 Quantity: 1 Supplier limit: 2 Start Date: 6/27/2022 End Date: 12/26/2022 Duration: 6 months Daily schedule: 9 to 5, Monday – Friday Building location: SEA106-CO BS(Bellevue,WA,US) Remote possibility: Can offer hybrid or remote for right candidate Job Description: Overview- Alexa routine team, creating feature routines for the Alexa app and driving adoption and usage of the routines Create feature routines- coordinate with multiple domain Why- Looking to back fill from a previous temp worker Most important- finding the right skills- good with cross function stake holders Responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program. Oversees all aspects of projects. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program. May require a bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Tec background or tec understanding (Preferred) Typical Day: Create featured routines from scratch (manual process and has some technicality to it) no coding but does need to be familiar/ comfortable where to copy and paste things- coordinate with multiple domain counterparts and international POC’s to assist with launching the routines Interaction with team: Weekly one on one check in- weekly business review meetings- during training they will also be assigned a mentor or the HM will be their mentor Candidate Requirements: Selling Points: A lot of direct consumer impact – any Alexa owner will be able to see your work and this will make a tangible impact on customers High visibility – cross Alexa domain and international marketing people, talk to a lot of different people Opportunity for possible conversion Candidate Review & Selection: Interview Prep/ Process: 2 rounds of interviews – one video one phone First will be with HM Second interview with Anand (if multiple candidates pass second round possibility for a 3 to narrow down)_
