This role will support and help drive day-to-day regulatory guidance, risk management, and compliance functions in the AI, cybersecurity, and wireless network spaces. What you'll do in your role. Enhancing and maintaining compliance programs related to AI, cybersecurity, and wireless network regulations. Partnering with legal and business experts to create new compliance programs to meet new legal requirements or support the launch of new business initiatives. Identifying, escalating, and helping mitigate risks in business or legal operations. Supporting internal investigations and the reporting of potential legal or regulatory issues, including making required regulatory filings. Tracking compliance metrics for reporting to stakeholders and management Championing technological change, automation, and AI to make compliance more effective and efficient. Other compliance projects as assigned. The experience you'll bring. Bachelor's Degree. Legal and/or project management experience may be considered in lieu of degree. 3+ years program management experience 3+ years legal or regulatory compliance experience Skilled at concisely articulating priorities and risks Proficient in managing numerous and competing projects with complex dependencies, resources, and due dates. Ability to complete projects and implement big picture ideas with minimal supervision. Adept at motivating change across complex organizations Skills for influencing decision-makers (especially outside of a formal chain of command) and promote sound and practical solutions. Experience with FCC regulatory frameworks including those applying to wireless networks and cybersecurity.
