Nuclear Cyber Security Engineer TerraPower is seeking a highly motivated Nuclear Cyber Security Engineer. This position reports to the Nuclear Physical and Cyber Security Design Program Manager and provides day-to-day support of TerraPower projects and assists in the development of Cyber Security Programs to meet the established regulatory requirements. This position will work in close consultation with Engineering staff to ensure regulatory requirements are identified and implemented in accordance with TerraPower design and licensing strategy. It will also help to develop, define, and execute the design and licensing strategy for Cyber Security Programs by participating in interactions with the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission including pre-application discussions, preparing/reviewing topical reports and other reactor licensing documentation, and responding to requests for additional information. Responsibilities * Contributing to the successful implementation of licensing actions associated with Cyber Security Programs. * Coordinating with design personnel to ensure new designs and design changes meet cyber security regulatory requirements. * Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining licensing documentation in compliance with Cyber Security Design Programs, regulations and strict quality assurance standards. * Interfacing with technical discipline teams at TerraPower, partners and contractors. * Preparing and reviewing technical material prepared by themselves and others. * Develop and review correspondence to and from the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. * Responsible for developing and reviewing cyber security regulatory evaluations. Key Qualifications and Skills * Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited, four-year university or equivalent experience. * 5 years of applicable experience with a bachelor's degree - or - 3 years of applicable experience with a master's degree. Applicable experience must be in the development and implementation of Cyber Security/IT Programs demonstrating knowledge and compliance with applicable requirements. * Ability to work with a wide latitude for independent judgment and with minimal supervision. * Experience with developing IT/cyber security programs, program procedures, and network design. * Experience with the incorporating cyber security/IT into digital system designs. * Awareness and current knowledge of trends a
