Maintenance Engineer

Job Description

Join our dedicated team as a Maintenance Engineer, where you will perform a variety of repair and general maintenance tasks in residential units and highrise buildings to ensure our facilities are both functional and in pristine condition. You will handle duties including electrical, carpentry, plumbing, drywall repairs, masonry, painting, and grounds maintenance. Your role is crucial in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and guests alike.

Preferred Skills

• Electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and masonry skills

• Proficiency in using hand and power tools

• Familiarity with building management systems

• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office

Pay:

$30 to $35 an hour

Shift:

8am – 5pm (Monday – Friday)

This is a direct-hire permanent position.
