TikTok U.S. Data Security Inc. Machine Learning Engineer- USDS (Multiple Positions) in Bellevue, Washington
Responsibilities
- Develop highly scalable classifiers, tools, statistical models, and/or algorithms by leveraging cutting-edge machine learning (ML) and data mining technologies to improve user experience and optimize consumption of our content/products on the platform.
- Collaborate with strategy team, product managers, policy team, and operations team to help define products and drive initiatives from engineering viewpoints.
- Design and implement tools to analyze the ML model's performance and optimize performance of ML system.
- Innovate on optimizing content consumption and user experience through personalization.
Work with cross functional teams and product stakeholders to deliver system and product insights through analytics.
Qualifications
Must have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Machine Learning, Data Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, and 1 year of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Machine Learning, Data Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, and 3 years of related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following:
- Coding using Python or C++;

``` - Optimizing, training, and deploying machine learning and deep learning models using PyTorch or TensorFlow; - Developing code and identifying issues in Linux environment; - Developing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems; and - Utilizing Big data framework Spark, Hadoop, or Flink.
