Job Overview We are looking for an experienced and strategic Director of Base Marketing to lead our customer marketing initiatives and drive customer engagement, retention, and growth. The Director will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive customer marketing strategy that spans the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to advocacy. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors, as well as a proven track record of developing and executing successful customer marketing programs. Job Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of targeted marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, retention, and growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer marketing initiatives with overall business goals and strategies. Manage the and allocate resources effectively to achieve business results. Develop and manage customer marketing programs, including email marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, and events. Continuously monitor and optimize customer marketing programs to improve performance and achieve business objectives. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer marketing. Work Experience & Education: 10+ years of experience in customer marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful customer marketing programs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform marketing strategies. Experience managing budgets and allocating resources effectively to achieve business objectives. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor people.
