The Contracts Negotiation Manager will manage (in conjunction with key internal partners) the negotiation and drafting, as well as facilitate the execution of, standard and non-standard procurement and marketing related contracts, amendments, statements of work and renewals to ensure compliance with business requirements and corporate policy. Interact with management and senior personnel on matters requiring coordination across organizational lines. Negotiate favorable commercial and legal terms and conditions on behalf of the company. Engage in process development, projects, including training sessions for clients and legal colleagues across the enterprise. Provide operational and administrative support for the Legal Marketing team. What you'll do in your role. Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of complex procurement and marketing related agreements, including main agreements, amendments, statements of work, NDAs, etc. Support and manage continuous improvement of contract management tools, processes, and procedures to drive efficiencies. Manage relationships with stakeholders among various business units to provide contract subject matter expertise during all phases of the contract lifecycle. Co-create and lead presentations and training sessions for clients and legal colleagues across the enterprise on a variety of contractual matters, including, drafting, negotiation, and processes. Effectively and efficiently work with other T-Mobile subject matter experts, legal teams, outside legal counsel to solve problems. Providing operational and administrative support for the Marketing Legal team. Responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by manager. The experience you'll bring. Minimum 2-4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a corporate setting or law firm. Bachelor's degree preferred. Outstanding organizational, analytical, communication, and project management skills with a record of effective cross-group collaboration.
