That's how we're UNSTOPPABLE for our employees! A Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst is a key member of our data-driven team, responsible for redefining raw data into meaningful business insights. This role is instrumental in creating and leading BI solutions that provide visibility into critical business metrics, enabling data-driven decision-making. As a BI Data Analyst, you will develop reports, dashboards, and data models that support strategic planning, operational improvements, and business growth. This is a hybrid position required to be working in-office at least 3 days a week. Responsibilities: Data Analysis & Interpretation: Analyze large data sets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive key business decisions. KPI Development & Monitoring: Work closely with business leaders to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with business objectives and ensure the organization is meeting its goals. Data Modeling & Transformation: Collaborate with data engineers and IT teams to design and maintain robust data models, ensuring data is structured for optimal reporting and analysis. Data-Driven Strategy: Provide actionable recommendations based on data findings to improve business processes, increase efficiency, and support strategic initiatives. Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with cross-functional teams such as finance, marketing, and operations to understand business requirements and deliver tailored BI solutions that address specific needs. Ad-hoc Analysis: Respond to urgent business needs by conducting ad-hoc analyses and delivering insights in a timely manner to support critical decision-making. BI Reporting Creation: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to provide real-time insights to business partners. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 2 years of experience in a BI or data analytics role. BI Tools Expertise: Proficiency in BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or other data visualization tools. SQL & Data Querying: Solid understanding of SQL for querying databases and performing data extractions to support BI initiatives. Data Modeling: Experience with building and maintaining data models for BI reporting, including working with star and snowflake schemas. Data Analysis Techniques: Proven understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive analytics methods to derive actionable insights. Storytelling with Data: Ability to convey complex data insights through clear visualizations and narratives, ensuring partners can easily interpret and act on the information. Data Governance: Familiarity with data governance standard methodologies, including data quality, integrity, and compliance with privacy regulations like CCPA. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective BI solutions. Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and experience with data pipelines and ETL processes is preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. At least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Base Pay Range: $66,900 - $120,600 Corp
