Description
GENERAL PRACTICE LAW FIRM IN BELLEVUE is growing and seeking an Associate Attorney to join their Estate Planning & Probate/Tax practice. Join a well-established team in supporting their clients in individualized service and planning for their unique needs.
In this role, you will:
Provide comprehensive estate planning, probate, and taxation support
Creating customized estate planning documents for clients and supervising estate administration
Preparing estate and gift tax returns and associated legal research and writing
Developing professional relationships with clients to understand their legal needs and provide pertinent advice
Keeping updated on current legislation that would apply to the practice.
Implementing tax-based strategies with keen attention to detail
Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $140,000 with annual bonuses. Benefits available with this position include medical premiums 100% paid by employer and employer HSA contribution; life and disability insurance; participation in the company's 401(k) plan with match, flexible PTO, and more.

Requirements:
Licensed to practice law in Washington State
An LLM degree in Taxation is preferred
Minimum 3 years of probate and estate planning experience
