Join Our Team! Exciting Accounts Receivable Position Available
Job Summary:
This position is part of a team supporting both internal departments and external clients, with a focus on accounts receivable.
Responsibilities include billing, cash application, payment research, daily cash reconciliation, resolving discrepancies, and generating journal entries.
Frequent collaboration with Customer Support and Accounting teams is required to address payment inquiries and resolve reconciliation issues.
Compensation and Location:
Pay: $25 - $30 per hour
Location: On-site in Bellevue, WA
Free parking available
Key Responsibilities:
Research and record cash transactions in the receivable system
Distribute invoices to customers
Process bank returns
Perform daily system reconciliations
Sort and manage incoming mail
Log checks received at the Corporate Office
Provide telephone support as needed
Complete other assigned tasks
Qualifications & Skills:
Self-motivated and proactive with a strong eagerness to learn
Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Outstanding customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Commitment to quality and continuous improvement
Experience in loan servicing, accounts receivable, banking, or a similar field preferred
Proficient in PC operations and some experience with corporate systems
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
