Dematic Corp Account Manager in Bellevue, Washington

Dematic Corp. has an immediate need for a GKA Account Manager to support the Global Key Account organization. The successful candidate must display strong customer focus and business acumen to support the Amazon account and opportunities across North America. The Account Manager will focus on Global Specialty Fulfillment on the Amazon Program. The Account Manager is the face of Dematic with the customer. The Account Manager presents Dematic in a positive light by communicating the solutions that Dematic brings to the marketplace. This role gathers initial customer needs and collaborates with Dematic engineering and solution development teams to provide the best solution to the customer. The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $65,000-$140,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills. Tasks and Qualifications: This is What You Will do in This Role: Customer Obsession - The customer advocate within Dematic Develops Business Plan for Key Account Field of Play including Long Term Account Strategy. Drives revenue retention/growth, account profitability, and customer satisfaction/loyalty. Develops a complete understanding of thecustomers' organizational structure and buying influences Performsdeep dive solution reviews, technically and commercially, articulating the value proposition of product/solution/service offerings. Develops relationships with Key Account buying influences Provides management with suggestions for improving volume, market share and price levels. Develops forecasts, budgets, and operating plans for Key Account Field of Play. What We are Looking For: BS/BA in related discipline or advanced degree. Certification may be required in some areas. Typically, 5+ years of successful experience in complex solution sales or in a related field, with 5+ years of logistics and automation experience. Successful demonstration of the key responsibilities as presented above. High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to multi-task and work in a high-growth, fast-paced and deadline driven environment successfully. Willingness for business travel of about 25%. Proficiency in Salesforce preferred.
