This is a great job that is Monday through Friday day shift and also follows the Bellevue City School closing and delay system. If you have children, it works out great!
You get to work in a field where you make a difference in the lives of adults with developmental disabilities using a person centered approach in their Adult Day Program.
This is a fun and rewarding job that is strictly a Monday through Friday day shift position where you get holidays off, weekends off, and nights off! Stay home on Snow days and get paid to do online training from the comfort of your home. We follow the Bellevue City School call off and delay schedule.

We are hiring full time Habilitation Specialists who also provide Non Medical Transportation services via our vehicles two and from client homes. We take COVID 19 safety seriously and employees wear masks as well as all employees are Covid-19 Vaccinated, as required by Medicaid. If you are not yet vaccinated, but are willing to become fully vaccinated then you can still apply.
New hires are sent for post offer/pre employment DOT physical and Drug screen; criminal background check and other various state mandated checks and a driving record check to make sure you have less than 6 points and no more than 2 moving violations on your state of Ohio drivers license.
Our new rate of $14.75 an hour .10 cents per year of verifiable work history with a DD employer makes this a very competitive wage.
For those who would like to pick up some OT hrs in addition to their regular day shift M-F job, you can choose to train in the supported living homes locations and are welcome to pick up extra hours if available and if you want to.
