Job Summary:

Bridges Community Action Partnership is seeking a mobility manager for Logan County. As a Mobility Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating transportation services and resources within Logan County. Your role involves promoting transit resources to expand community awareness and usage. We're seeking a self-driven individual with experience in transportation systems and knowledge of transportation programs.

Responsibilities:

· Identify and bring multiple resources together for the purpose of meeting the transportation needs identified in the community.

· Create and coordinate transportation plan updated and functional.

· Market and advertise the transportation programs in the community.

· Provide regular updates of projects that are being worked on

· Organize and chair the transportation coordination committee.

· Participate in monthly mobility meetings.

· Attend meetings, training, and conferences to stay updated on policies and rule changes that may affect local transit. Report pertinent information to the Director of Community Services and Executive Director.

· Document activities and information needed for funding sources and committees.

· Maintain records required by grants, committee minutes, meetings and any other documentation that needs to be kept.

· Assist with preparation of grant applications and execution of grants that are a part of your program.

· Function and interact as an effective part of the transportation team, committees, and providers.

· Maintain a professional manner while meeting the high demand of the public, funding sources, and other providers and effectively respond to work related issues.

· Prioritize the daily demands of mobility management, to ensure all responsibilities are completed, documented, and reported in a timely fashion.

· Coordinate between multiple agencies and work with passengers to secure resources for transportation.

· Stay updated on transportation and mobility management information including software system upgrades, policies, intricate workings of providers and grant programs.

· Perform related and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· High-school diploma or equivalency. Preferred- undergraduate degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.

· Experience working with a transportation system.

· Demonstrated knowledge of transportation programs

· Ability to be an advocate for all clients we serve.

· Valid driver's license and be insurable under agency policy.

· Occasional travel or overnight travel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $23.50 per hour

Expected hours: 34 per week
