Job Details Job Location Belle Plaine, MN Position Type Full-Time/Part-Time Job Category Health Care Description Hope Residence is a long-term, intermediate care facility, providing hands-on person centered support to 52 people with varying degrees of intellectual, developmental and physical disabilities. Seeking Part-Time or Full-Time AM & PM Shift, Part-time 1:1 Direct Support Professionals Responsibilities: - Provides direct care to persons-served - Monitors and maintains safety and health of individuals - Interacts with individuals receiving services - Maintains home and needs of client by assisting them with Activities of Daily Living - De-escalate interfering behavior - Participates in activities and social experiences within the community with individuals - Shares behavioral, health, and program concerns with supervisor - Support personal hygiene and grooming, including bathing and toileting Additional Perks: Free meals, paid training, $2,500 employee referral bonus, additional shift bonuses, annual 2% increase, paid on-the-job training, $1/hr PM shift & weekend differentials. Hope Residence offers a higher wage to those on the Nursing Assistant Registry. This experience will help you in this position and allows you maintain certification on the Minnesota Registry.
