Position Summary:
Performing all functions required to support the ATM program on a day-to-day basis, including: reviewing variances to determine root causes of issues, escalating issues internally with construction and/or in-house maintenance, facilitating the claims process, and verifying that the ATM transaction system is operating appropriately.
Be able to perform a variety of routine functions in accordance with standard settlement procedures and will analyze information to investigate cash order differences
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Creating normal orders for Customers:
o Checking daily recommendations of normal and emergency orders created by OptiCash
o Accepting/overriding/declining the recommendations
o Checking cassettes status of all ATMs and creating manual orders where necessary
o Sending orders to the customers and CIT in customer specific formats
o Checking “Black lists”
o Checking Pre-Emptives
• AV Tickets Handling (Cash Outs, FLMs)
• Cashpoint inventory maintenance
o Master data maintenance (existing cashpoints)
Cashpoint definition data maintenance
Cashpoint configuration maintenance
o New cashpoints creating and setup (according IMAC file)
o Activation/deactivation of cashpoints
• Parameters maintenance
o Safety Stock
o Pre-Replenishment Percentage
o Adjustment to Recommendation Percentage
o Order amount definition
• Service Days maintenance
o Required/Optional/Unplanned service days and lead time maintenance
o Service Exceptions maintenance
o Events creating and maintenance
• Cleaning the ATM history
• Forecast maintenance
o Including/excluding history
o Adjusting forecast demand parameters
o Running forecast
o Running recommendation process
• creating different types of Reports on clients or supervisor request
• Taking necessary steps to avoid cash outs
• Other corresponding duties maybe assigned
Education and/or Experience Required:
.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite, intermediate to advanced Excel preferred.
Skill Requirements:
Customer service experience
Experience in ATM operations, bank operations, retail banking or other banking capacity is preferred.
Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
Keen listening and high grasping skills
Excellent Personal skills
Good understanding of telecommunications / network / information technology solutions & products
Good coordination skills

German and English
