TITLE: Channel Operations Team Leader
LOCATION : Belgrade, Serbia
GRADE: 9
POSTION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
This role reports into the Channel Operations Director supporting NCR Atleos Channel partners Globally.
Lead the Partner Assist team by providing support and guidance to the team on the different issues being escalated.
Identify, working with the team, the relevant areas that need focus and deep dive to generate project improvements.
Identify gaps and process improvements and work with the relevant teams to understand root cause and fix the issue.
Work cross-functionally with the required teams to successfully address issues and escalations.
Provide monthly reports on critical KPIs.
Responsible for addressing questions and escalations channel sales and partners on supported tools and processes.
Develop proficiency of best practices and basic problems that a partner/user may experience.
Keep Partner Assist updated onboarding documentation.
Monitor exceptions, including issue resolution.

Experience in fast-passed environment and work under pressure.
Strong work ethic and ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
Ability to manage work – effectively manage one’s time and the Team´s team to ensure that work is completed efficiently and accurately.
Pro-active, self-confident with ability to work with minimal supervision
Strong communication skills – ability to build relationship with partners, sales and all the relevant parties throughout the process

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Must have proficient in English reading, writing and speaking skills.
Experience with Outlook and good understanding of email etiquettes.
Basic in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
Channel experience
Understanding of QuoteBuilder and Quote to Cash process
Experience leading a team
