Title: Inside Sales Specialist (Product&Service Operations)

Location: Belgrade

Position Summary: The Inside Sales Specialist plays a critical role in driving sales by managing customer interactions, processing orders, and providing solutions to meet customer needs. With a focus on building and maintaining customer relationships, you will address inquiries, recommend suitable products, and enhance customer satisfaction. Your ability to identify sales opportunities and engage effectively with clients will contribute to achieving sales objectives and optimizing customer experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound communications with prospective and existing customers.

  • Address customer questions and provide tailored product recommendations.

  • Process customer orders with accuracy and timeliness.

  • Build rapport with customers to foster long-term relationships.

  • Keep accurate records of sales interactions and customer details in CRM systems.

    Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant experience.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.

  • Proven communication and customer engagement skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and sales aptitude.

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CRM tools and sales processes.

  • Understanding of customer needs assessment and solution recommendation.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to achieve sales targets and goals.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.

  • Adaptable to dynamic sales environments.

  • Basic knowledge of product offerings and industry trends
