Your Role
The Training Instructional Design Lead for Global Air Logistics is responsible for planning, managing and executing successfully the Instructional Design training plan in a timely manner and on budget, through the support of an Instructional Design training team. He/She will be involved with his/her team in designing state of art e-learning courses and upgrade existing courses. This role requires strong instructional design skills, leadership qualities, excellent organization and communication skills, and the ability to manage complex instructional design training projects across various departments and with different stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities
Define the instructional design training plan combining existing content & new demands, in collaboration with the global air logistics training manager and key stakeholders.
Lead and manage the instructional training team to ensures milestones are met and quality standards are upheld.
Key player in the e-learning courses creation process, in coordination with content owners and other stakeholders.
Focus on creating state of art e-learning modules for all new demands by putting the user in the center of the design process.
Upgrade a large library of existing e-learning modules, with the help of the instructional design training team, to a highly engaging level courses.
Create a design framework to help content owners provides their raw content in a structured approach so the overall design execution process gets accelerated.
Assist in the design of training presentations for the delivery training team so their presentation decks are highly engaging and impactful.
Ensure an inclusive management approach that boost productivity and effectiveness within his/her team and with key stakeholders.
Monitor the progress of the instructional design training plan through a set of well-defined measurable KPIs, and ensure a corrective process is in place when corrections are required.
Communicate and update proactively the status of the plan to the concerned stakeholders.
Manage budgets of all projects within the approved forecast.
Your Skills and Experiences
Proven track record of managing a large scope of Instructional Design projects
Mastery of the latest instructional design tools
Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and deadlines
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships
Strong understanding of adult learning principles
High level of inclusive leadership
Fluent in English language
