What you will do:

Act as a trusted advisor specialized in the design and delivery of Next-Gen Data & Analytics Platform based on Oracle Cloud:

• Frame and lead DWH/BI projects with both Technical as well as Business users to define key project initiatives on Oracle Cloud Platform

• Act as a Key Architectural and Technical advisor and consultant. Own and define architectures helping customers to take the full benefit of adopting Oracle Cloud Platform and specifically Analytics services.

• Provide your skills to Implement the analytic solutions and provide a superior customer experience using Oracle Cloud, ensuring that Results are aligned to customer’s business.

• Work closely with clients, either from a technical and non-technical standpoint, to deliver a solution that fulfills or exceeds their requirements.

• Engage with customers to ensure service needs are being met and deliverables are of a high quality.

• Act as a leader in order to orchestrate the Data Transformation initiative:

• Continuously develop and maintain the knowledge of relevant Oracle products and services within the rapidly evolving Cloud platform.

• Participate actively in the internal community and proactively contribute to the growth of Consulting.

• You will work closely with other teams and departments (e.g. Development and Sales/Presales).

What you’ll bring

Your enthusiasm, knowledge, and customer-centricity. We also look for:

• Strong understanding of Datawarehouse Concepts / Design and implementation including Data Analysis, Data Modeling, Data Architecture and Data Integration.

• Relevant experience in designing and developing highly interactive reports & dashboards using leading BI tools.

• Significant exposure working with Data Migration / Data Quality in complex environments as well as leading ETL tools (e.g. ODI, Informatica); having experience of full lifecycle development projects, especially with Oracle database technologies, strong PL/SQL skills would be an advantage.

• A good understanding of Cloud architecture.

• Design and document solutions to standardize, automate and satisfy requirements.

• Master’s degree/ University and or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Management related domain.

• High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, commitment, self-belief, and achievement-orientation.

• Ability to travel as needed up to 50%.

• Entrepreneurial mindset to grow business.

• Willing to ‘roll up one’s sleeves’ and assist team wherever needed.

• Excellent organization and time management skills.

English and Serbian advanced language skills
