Talent Acquisition Team is looking for a dynamic team player with strong communication skills, who has the desire to help us build long-standing relationships with our consumers and leverage their feedback into valuable learnings for Nestlé’s business.
Consumer Engagement Services Trainee
A day in the life of Consumer Engagement Services Trainee
You’ll support our external contact center in handling consumers’ inquiries, escalating internally as needed
You create insights based on information received from consumers (data) and other multiple sources.
You’ll ensure compliance regarding consumer data processing- in line with GDPR.
You’ll identify new opportunities through community listening, monitoring and cooperating with external agencies
What will make you successful?
You have or you are in the process of obtaining a university degree in a relevant field (communications, marketing, economics)
You have excellent knowledge of English language, both written and spoken.
You are a team player with strong communication skills.
You have the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
You are advanced user of MS Office package.
