Title: Account Support Analyst - ServiceNow

Grade: 10

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

Working hours: 2 - 10PM

Seeking a skilled Account Support Analyst to join our team. You will act as the ServiceNow subject matter expert and bring ServiceNow best practices, enhancements, and capabilities to help business teams achieve their goals. This role involves working closely with internal business and development teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements. The ideal candidate will possess a basic to advanced knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. Previous experience in Project Management or IT support role, particularly within the restaurant or service industry, is a huge positive.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Assist in the administration and maintenance of the NCR Voyix ServiceNow instance.

  • Support collaborative efforts to effectively onboard and develop new clients and projects.

  • Build dashboards and reports to help teams drive operational workflows and KPIs.

  • Provide comprehensive end-user support across business teams; handle general inquiries, enhancement requests, issue triage and resolution, and user management.

  • Regularly review open cases; communicate aligned priorities to assigned teams to ensure a timely response and resolution.

  • Drive regularly scheduled collaboration meetings with internal business teams to ensure the continual flow of information with timely updates on all open cases, changes, problems, and on-going projects.

  • Apply change management process and tools to facilitate smooth implementations.

  • Create, organize, and maintain training resources and process documentation.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor team inbox for new requests and action items.

  • Conduct and attend weekly meetings with various business and development teams to gather requirements, evaluate issues, and plan for upcoming projects.

  • Provide team metric and status reporting to leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional setting, preferably in IT Support or similar.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Power App knowledge is also a plus.

  • ServiceNow platform knowledge or experience; QuickBase experience is also a plus.

  • Project Management capabilities and principles

  • Experience dealing with technical support teams.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.

  • Detail-oriented with strong research and analytical skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with implementing SaaS solutions

  • Experience in a restaurant or larger hospitality food service industry, either working in the industry or servicing customers within the industry
