Operations Assistant

Job Description

Seeking a diligent Operations Assistant to support the Operations Manager with daily tasks to ensure the seamless functioning of administrative and operational activities. Responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, delivering outstanding customer service, assisting in the safety program, organizing the warehouse, scheduling and documenting shipments, tracking orders, maintaining inventory, overseeing vehicle maintenance, and suggesting operational improvements. The role also involves physical tasks in a warehouse setting and assisting with installations.

Hard Skills

  • Experience with warehouse management

  • Proficiency in using computer programs for documentation and tracking

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs

  • Experience with hand tools and equipment such as forklifts

Soft Skills

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Problem-solving abilities

  • Openness to participate in video marketing

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Helena, Montana.

Work Environment

Office based in Helena with requirements to work physically in the warehouse and assist on installations
