Job Description:
The SharePoint Systems Administrator shall provide technical support in the management of networks, software, hardware, configurations, and architectures.
HOW A SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR SENIOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Manages user access and permissions
Configures site collections, libraries, and lists
Implements best practices for content management
Performs regular system health checks
Monitors the environment for performance issues
Applies updates and patches
Ensures data integrity and security
Assists with the setup, configuration, and management of SharePoint application features, functions, and services of the team’s SharePoint portal
Provides technical support and guidance for SharePoint users
Collaborates with management to strategize the most efficient ways to apply SharePoint to meet team’s goals and mission objectives
Provides ongoing support and enhancement of SharePoint portal by driving alignment with industry standards and best practices
Assists other SharePoint administrators supporting enterprise applications
provides support for the planning and execution of SharePoint upgrades, migrations, and integrations with other systems
Administration of non-SharePoint sites as needed
Applying DISA STIGs to SharePoint, non-SharePoint sites, and other technology areas as needed
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Security Clearance Required: Active SECRET security clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and years of experience
Certification: DoD 8570 certification: IAM or IAT Level II Certification (Security+ CE, CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, CND, or SSCP)
Skills: Extensive knowledge of Windows OS and Office 365; Experience with configuration and management of SharePoint infrastructure technologies; Experience working with SharePoint Server 2016/2019; Knowledgeable about applying DISA STIGs to a SharePoint environment; Experience with Information Assurance practices and principles
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge with SharePoint Online administration
Experience migrating on-premises SharePoint to SharePoint Online
Experience working with SharePoint and ADFS integration
Knowledge of extended web applications
Knowledge of Office Online
Microsoft Certifications
Experience with configuration and management of Active Directory
Provide critical problem solving and advanced troubleshooting in SharePoint, including site problems, address site permission issues, creation and configuration of sites and sub-sites, and assist in definition of site resources
Knowledge of the RMF and POA&M processes and familiarity with Army eMASS
Strong writing and editing skills

The likely salary range for this position is $93,500 - $126,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. Total compensation for international positions varies by tax, social security, and immigration statuses, as well as location. Generally, an international assignment may include allowances, premium uplifts, and/or relocation or transportation benefits, above base salary range noted.
