Ryan Dahl Ag Equipment Operator in Bejou, Minnesota

Need 4 full time, temporary, seasonal Ag Equipment Operators to work in Bejou, MN. From: 02/01/2025 to 12/01/2025 Work: Mon. - Sat., 8hrs/day; 48 hrs./per week. 8:00am -5:00pm. As required for all workers in Minnesota, hours worked in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at the rate of 1.5 times the regular rate of pay. Effective Jan 1, 2024, per MN State Statute, an employee will earn one hour of paid sick and safe time for every 30 hours worked, up to at least 48 hours of accrued Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST) per year, provided the employee works a minimum of 80 hours in a calendar year. JOB DESCRIPTION: Drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate and harvest crops. Attached farm implements such as plow, or seeder, operate irrigation equipment, general maintenance to farm machinery. Load hoppers, direct and monitor the activities of work crews engaged in planting, weeding or harvesting crops. Drive trucks to haul crops, supplies, tools or farm workers. Position requires exposure to extreme temperatures, pushing, pulling, sitting, walking, stooping and repetitive movements. All work-related tools, supplies and equipment provided at no cost to the worker. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion. Crops:Corn JOB REQUIREMENTS: Three(3) months experience, able to lift 60lbs. Class D license. EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.
