Application service product development and delivery: Identify opportunities where customization of our training/application service products can meet specific customer requirements and offer tailored solutions accordingly. Stay updated on industry trends and enhance whole team’s LCMS application capability: Continuously research and stay informed about the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape. Share relevant insights and knowledge with the team to foster continuous improvement. Conduct customers post-sales application service for pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical (http://www.baidu.com/link?url=5NuqMieobRPAqgFrJny_pqvJNEbbQO7jjZ0bt1JM5LA_7bLgvM3bZOBkKsl6AGlj0s2e4Ts5zfOqVfejTvEe_GPfOA9TtRps2QxCQ_wsvz7zJgU3uZjV9lhQLf6zgz1d) , omics, environmental, food safety, chemical industry. Conduct customer operation training for LCMS & GCMS technologies as required. Leverage internal and external sources to promote training and drive post-application business. Understands customer’s situation, recommends solutions to meet their needs, and ensures customer satisfaction. Handle daily operation of training Lab, maintain, and keep instruments and lab facility in good condition. Post-sales follow-up to supervise customer happiness, fortify customer relationships and increase customer dedication. Provide technical assistance for assigned products or technologies to FSE, sales or support channels (internal or external) to enable channel competence. Compile customer training materials for assigned product line or technologies.
Performance Indicators:
Training and post-sales application revenue. Training efficiency and utilization. Customer satisfaction and CAS survey. ThermoFisher brand impact and customer preference to related products.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree or above. > 8 years working experience in Pharmaceutical, Omics, Chemical, Environment and Mass spectrometry (LCMS & GCMS). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically. Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape. Experience in Thermo Fisher LCMS, GCMS operation is preferred. Effective communication skills with English and computer application skills. Open mind, willing to do continuous improvement to business needs. Good communication skill, demonstrated effective collaboration player. Being resilient, ability to accept challenges. Self-motivated and result oriented.
