我们正在寻找负责进阶培训(Advanced Training)售后业务的产品经理,将支持全国公立及非公业务,收集并分析客户需求,设计AT相关新产品及服务内容,监督执行,促进业务的快速发展。

Job Description
角色与职责
根据当下售后服务业务的快速成长特点以及客户对于临床进阶的需求,设计和更新l产品和方案,确保新方案的落地与推广。
针对不同客户类型的需求,定义不同的临床进阶服务产品策略和执行方式,设计和执行对应的临床进阶培训方案
与售后的设备拓展项目(包括智影擎等)相结合,满足客户临床进阶需求,确保方案的顺利执行落地
协调不同部门,包括销售团队,技术团队和应用团队等,确保临床应用进阶包括技术赋能,工具赋能和管理赋能等方案的落地实施流程顺利进行,提高项目执行质量,更好的传递客户价值
创建和/或更新用于与产品交流和促进产品提供的产品手册、目录和销售工具。
为销售团队及供应商团队培训,包括产品/市场/商务流程等,支持销售的方案推进调整销售工具和理想的销售流程,以优化购买体验
相关资质
生物医学工程学士学位或相关学历,医学相关领域5年临床、产品或相关领域经验
具有一定的临床进阶支持的经验
有良好的商务影响能力
优秀的口头和书面沟通能力
具有较强的分析和处理能力
有与产品开发团队,供应链团队,工程师团队互动的经验
具有较强的英语沟通能力
接受全国差旅,时间占比30%左右
具有良好的客户沟通和合作能力
必须是一个激励者,自我主动者,具备敬业与团队精神
