Amazon Senior Software Development Engineer in Beijing, China
Description
We ( platform software team) mainly works on platform software part (e.g., BSP, native service) for Amazon OS, the mission is to build a high quality operating system and devices to customers. The role of this job is a technical leader, working with stakeholders to drive the delivery of complex functions/projects from a technical perspective.
Participate in building BSP software for Android based tablet product.
Participate in building platform software for Amazon OS based automotive product.
Leading complex features/projects delivery ether for tablet or automotive products
Develop team's technical expertise
Independently design and delivery platform-level software features, including native software, HAL and drivers
Basic Qualifications
Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
Rich experience on linux driver development, understand linux kernel driver model and is able to write new drivers from scratch.
Rich experience on Android HAL (HIDL or AIDL) development
Have development experience on MTK or QC platform
Have expertise on at least two technical domain
Have experience on driving a complex feature/project delivery
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
Expertise on stability or performance domain is preferred
Middleware or BSP development experience in any one of the following domains: Audio, Display, Graphics, DDR, battery and charger.
Android treble solution development experience will be a plus.
