Microsoft Corporation Senior Product Manager in Beijing, China

We are looking for an experienced product manager to drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our payment service and wallet product. This role requires strong product thinking and development, track record of successfully shipping product from 0 to 1, success product and customer growth with at least 10M DAU, deep experience on payment and/or wallet space.

Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who:

• Is qualitatively and quantitatively data-driven and agile in seeking and using data for decision-making

• Engages and influences with customers

• Can create strategy and drive recommendations partnering with internal executive level stakeholders

• Collaborates across organizational boundaries, building experiences our customers will love

• Architect, build and analysis on business requirements and come up with a sound solution

• Incubate, prototype new technology and ideas

Qualifications

• Comprehensive understanding of the wallet and payment sector, along with a proven track record of successfully scaling products and services.

• Experience in developing products from inception to completion, with a focus on the product aspect and a thorough understanding of the business needs

• Data-driven decision making and ability to thoughtfully experiment.

• Experience in online/web services environment.

• Experience working with customers, with ability to deeply understand customer needs and competitive landscape, to achieve the best outcomes for the customer.

• BS/MS Degree in CS or related engineering/science fields
