Intel Partner Sales Account Manager (Growth Account) in Beijing, China

Job Description

This is a commissioned sales position.

  • Be the strategic account executive of Intel China's key ISV and/or SI, drive solution's co-development and co-selling (silicon + software + service), and generate revenue beyond silicon as the new revenue growth engine of Intel.

  • Be responsible for the relationship of all-layers in partner's organization to shape common interest business scope, generate demands, build appropriate business models, and carry out co-selling motions.

  • Identify partner's business needs and pain points, work with technical teams to win partner's software and/or solutions on Intel's newest technology with architectural affinities, and drive scale-out with GTM programs, with measurements as the software design-win and its influenced silicon revenue.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

  • 10+ years industry experience in the enterprise-oriented software/service/solution market.

  • Result driven with can-do attitude to deal with opportunities and arising challenges.

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills in both Mandarin and English.

Other qualifications:

  • Can demonstrate strong sales skillset and have proof of record of large account management experience.

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree, MBA from top tier program preferred.

  • Entrepreneur background will be an add.

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
