Description and Requirements
1. Strategy Design and Execution
Industry research on incubation business related markets, identify size and trend, industrial value chain, competitors, business models, etc.
Monitor benchmark companies and identify competitive advantages and gaps.
Build Corporate Incubation business platform to facilitate structured discussion / assessment of identified Incubation initiatives.
Assist in strategic initiatives driven by data/research to develop short and long-term strategies.
2. Incubation Business Management
Develop business operation flow that can facilitate efficient and effective discussions / decision-making of incubation initiatives.
Build BMS to collect, monitor and assess active pipeline of incubation initiatives across BG / Geos / Functions teams.
Leverage and explore internal and external resources to facilitate incubation business development.
Work cross-functionally across the company on a variety of incubation projects
Requirements:-
Strong analytical skill and hypothesis-driven problem-solving skills.
Detail oriented, and possess a strong capability of critical thinking to solve complex issues.
Team player with demonstrated leadership skills.
Excellent written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills, both in Mandarin and English.
An MBA degree from a top school is preferable; Overseas experience is a plus.
Candidate MUST have 3-5 years of experience from top consulting companies with solid performance track record (McKinsey, Bain, BCG); Experience in strategy positions in Multi-national corporate companies of technology. Successful candidates should possess a strong passion for technology.
