To strengthen our team , we are currently looking for an Account Manager Innomotics (m/f/x) . What are your responsibilities? 

As Account Manager, you are contributing to the growth of the organization. This entails that you will be identifying and developing opportunities in close collaboration with the sales team. After the initial trainings, you’ll:

  • Build up expertise in motor & drives technology and become a trusted advisor for our strategic customers.

  • Establish and nurture good relationships with the customers through a tailor-made analysis of their specific needs.

  • Analyze business opportunities and take initiatives to convert your strategies into actions.

  • Work closely with HQ teams and factories within Innomotics to ensure a high performance in all elements of the business cycle.

  • Follow up and coordinate on issues that might arise in an open and transparent manner.

  • You support the customer to find optimal solutions and negotiate quotations.

Who are we looking for?

  • You have a master’s degree in electromechanics or similar technical orientation . 

  • A first experience in a comparable position is an asset. If you have no experience yet but do have a broad interest in the technology and applications, you are also welcome.  

  • You like to work result- and solution-oriented in a technical environment and you can convey your analyses in a communicative and customer-oriented

  • You have a natural curiosity to interface with others.

  • Working both independently and in a team suits you well. 

  • You are fluent in Dutch and English .
