Position Summary:
Serve as primary liaison with Trust Administration and SEI and current clients and Provide Trust Administrative Support
Position Responsibilities:
Monitor Daily Overdraft Report. Bring to the attention of the client team any overdrafts, and or excess liquidity concerns
Monitor Daily PAS reporting: Bring to the attention of management team and SEI any reporting issues surrounding the reporting for directed trusts
Assist in the Preparation of Discretionary Requests
Assist in the Establishment of New Accounts. Prepare KYC, Account Opening Documentation, and Client Profile. Establish new accounts on SEI system
Test security system on a monthly basis and submit report
Special Projects and Duties as Assigned
Essential Skills and Experience:
High School and College Diploma Required
Ability to read, write and speak English Clearly
Ability to operate on SEI platform, Trust 3000, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook
Ability to interact effectively and tactfully with customers and personnel of other departments
Knowledge of own department’s operations, polices, and procedures
Must be an organized, independent, and detail minded individual
Minimum three years’ experience in Trust Administration
Nonessential Skills and Experience:
Serve as a backup for other job functions
Maintain a Neat and orderly work area
