Job Description
BE A PART OF HISTORY, AND JOIN US AT THE #1 RESORT IN THE MID-ATLANTIC
Responsibilities
Responsible for a Positive and can do altitude
Responsible for all personnel under his/her supervisor
Responsible for the proper cleaning, rack and distribution of all china, silver and glassware.
Maintains required standards of sanitation and cleanliness.
Make shift report as required by the Executive Steward.
Reviews and reinforces operating procedures with his/her shift.
Minimize breakage of circulating equipment.
Responsible for all P.M. closing of kitchens and Staff Dining area.
Monitor & review Over night cleaning crew as needed .
Responsible for burnishing
