We're currently in search of a Retread Manager to perform various daily management duties by overseeing, directing and coordinating activities of the retread plant to ensure its effective operations. Job Responsibilities: Meet production goals Correct inventory Maintain and repair retread equipment (NDT's, Buffers, Builder and Chambers) Managing location staff, including hiring and discipline Maintaining a safe and clean store Additional tasks as assigned Job Requirements: 2 or more years management experience preferred 5 or more years of Bandag retread experience strongly preferred Excellent Interpersonal Skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office Preferred Valid Driver's License and ability to maintain driving record to Pomp's Tire Service Standards You wouldn't stop at a green light, so don't let your career become caught in a roadblock.
