Description

We are seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our clients team in Bedford, Ohio. In this role, you will be dealing with a variety of tasks ranging from accounts payable and receivable to data entry and invoice processing. You will be a part of a vibrant team, working in a dynamic environment, providing critical support to our financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the accurate and timely entry of payables into our business central system.

• Prepare and issue bi-monthly payments to vendors, ensuring all financial obligations are met in a timely manner.

• Manage the calculation and distribution of agent commissions.

• Post customer checks and handle both domestic and international wire transfers.

• Send invoices to customers and follow up on payment as necessary.

• Handle deposits and ensure all financial data is accurately recorded.

• Review and process customer credit applications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Process customer credit card payments, maintaining a high level of data security.

• Ensure all accounts payable and receivable activities are performed in accordance with company policies and procedures.

• Manages employee expense reports.

• Prepare daily and monthly financial reporting.

• Use Microsoft Excel to maintain accurate records and create reports as necessary.

Requirements

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is required

• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) is required

• Proficient in Invoice Processing

• Microsoft Excel experience is necessary

• Experience in managing Expense Reports is essential
