LogixHealth Product Manager, Software Development in Bedford, Massachusetts
Location: Bedford, MA; Hybrid
This Role:
The Product Manager will organize product development and ensure high ROI. This position will translate ideas into strategy and features and follow product development from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure customer satisfaction and results and serve as “voice of the customer” for internal and external customers
Assist to build and implement product strategies consistent with company vision
Work with Business Analysts and Software Development leaders to define Epics and Features and to set priorities
Work with Senior Product Manager or Director Product Management to Identify meaningful and industry leading functionality and opportunities
Define and manage a strategy for product suites
Retrieve and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and others to shape requirements, features and end products
Collaborate with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps
Prioritize backlogs, organize product releases properly and ensure the compliance with schedule
Prepare recommendations to expand product base and vision
Comply with all State and Federal Laws regarding an effective Compliance Program inclusive of HIPAA Privacy and Security

Required:
BS or BA in Computer Science ٫ Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or other related area.
3+ years' experience of working as a Product Manager or other relevant position
Experience in product lifecycle management and working in an Agile environment
Knowledge of Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management processes, requirements, and standards
Preferred:
Background in software development and program management is preferred
