LifePoint Health Medical Assistant - Raleigh Neuro in Beckley, West Virginia
Manages various phases of the patient encounter: timely and accurate patient registration, appointment scheduling, check-in, check-out and collection of payments as well as general medical receptionist responsibilities.
Serves as liaison between patient a medical support staff and performs patient care activities that include clinical and lab-related tasks under the guidance of a physician or mid-level provider.

Minimum EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent - RequiredRequired SkillsRequires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Certifications:Basic Life Support (BLS) - to be obtained within 30 days CMA Certification required within 6 months of hire.
