We have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced senior materials professional with a diverse background supporting Tektronix/Keithley Worldwide Service in Beaverton, Oregon.
This key role Plans, schedules and coordinates materials through the complete Life Cycle. Works closely with Customer Service, Service Support, Engineering, Production, Management and Repair Depots worldwide to support materials requirements and achieve world class customer service for Tektronix. Troubleshoots delays in materials lead time and follows up on potential schedule problems. Supporting Order Fulfillment to our customers in a timely manner will be a key measure of your success. This role should possess strong computer skills and be able to support the supply chain activities associated with Tektronix/Keithley suppliers by making sourcing decisions, issue purchase requisitions, and resolve any invoicing and scheduling issues.

Monitors and reschedules orders to support raw materials inventory levels.
React to Priority Parts requests from Repair Depots Worldwide.
Run Scheduled Order Report and schedule unscheduled orders daily.
Replenish Depot Materials Daily
Work on parts orders Review Reasons Daily.
Act on urgent email requests for materials.
Troubleshoot materials issues and shortages to root cause.
BS degree (or equivalent work experience) in Business Administration discipline or related field or Training.
Minimum 10 years of experience materials planning.
Experience with Purchasing a plus
Knowledge of MRP for planning components to a Material’s Forecast
Familiar with ERP Systems (Oracle a plus)
Familiar with SPM (Service Parts Management) for Materials Planning a Plus
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word)
Works collaboratively across the business and is viewed as a team player by peers, co-workers and supervisors

Some domestic and international travel will be required
Prior Supervisory experience is a plus
Experience in NPI Materials Planning is a plus
Ability to collaborate with key suppliers and enact business agreements, i.e. Vendor Managed Inventory Agreements
Knowledge of electronics components
Knowledge of production repair operations
