Anchor Lamina America is a leading international manufacturer of steel-reinforced springs. Responsibilities
Provide support to the shop floor by removing roadblocks and facilitating problem-solving.
Seek out, objectively evaluate, advocate for, and implement the ideas of others.
Communicate and build trust while fostering ongoing positive working relationships.
Communicate corporate strategies and concepts to all employees.
Keep people focused on the right priorities.
Proactively manage capacity, analyze productivity and efficiency, establish and monitor appropriate metrics, and make necessary improvements based on data.
Utilize systems to proactively analyze production data, such as open order reports, and work with team members and planning to ensure customer demand is met.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement to move the business forward.
Persist in getting to the root cause and exploring solutions that cover all angles.

The position operates on the 1st shift, with hours from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $90000.00
