Airport Part Time
The City of Beatrice is accepting applications for a part-time Laborer position at the Beatrice Municipal Airport.Starting wage is $13.00 per hour. Will work 12-20 hours per week, which will include evening, weekend, and holiday hours.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must be eighteen (18) years of age, with a valid drivers license, in order to operate power equipment and motor vehicles. High school diploma or GED required. Aviation experience helpful, but not required. Must be able to perform manual labor, be in good physical health, and able to withstand all types of weather conditions.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Fuel Aircraft; Invoicing, receipting payments, and answering phones; Radio Communication; and Cleaning/Housekeeping.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Good customer service. Good listening skills and verbal communication. Ability to climb and stand on ladder while fueling aircraft. General computer skills.
