Air Combat Command QUALITY ASSURANCE EVALUATOR (TRAINER) in Beale AFB, California

Summary About the position: This position will be assigned to the Gold Country Inn, Beale AFB, CA. This position entails Regular full-time hours, with a guaranteed minimum of 35 hours per week. Must be able to read, speak, and write English. Responsibilities Under the guidance of management, this role develops schedules to ensure compliance with the Quality Assurance Evaluation Program as per Air Force lodging standards. It inspects and evaluates the quality and quantity of work in various areas, such as rooms, buildings, grounds, and parking lots. Responsibilities also include updating room instructions, correcting publications, tracking performance trends, conducting hospitality training, and managing the in-house training program. Additionally, the role coordinates with supervisors to identify training needs, tracks required courses, oversees budget allocation for staff development, and ensures completion of hospitality training for certification. This position also assesses workplace effectiveness and adjusts training programs accordingly. Performs additional duties as assigned. Qualifying Experience: Candidates must possess experience in operational management of civilian or military lodging programs, including supervisory responsibilities at a team lead level or higher in areas like housekeeping or guest services. Demonstrated skills in team building, customer service, scheduling, financial management, and human resources are required. Ability to train others is essential. A bachelor's degree in hospitality or business is preferred. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Education Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. This position does not allow for education substitution. FOREIGN EDUCATION: Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the requirements. You must show proof the education credentials have been deemed to be at least equivalent to that gained in conventional U.S. education program. It is your responsibility to provide such evidence when applying. Additional Information Individual must fully meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
