Tremco Incorporated QA Leak Administrative Manager in Beachwood, Ohio

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The QA Leak Administrative Manager is the main contact for the 24-hour Leak Tracking Call Center, and is involved in troubleshooting issues and offering after hours support. This position is the main contact for other departments (for example Tremcare or Warranty depts) in need of advice relating to warranty leak repairs. The QA Leak Administrative Manager must creatively and professionally represent the organization through both written and verbal communication with customers, representatives, managers and internal personnel. Responsible for leading and managing Quality Assurance Data Administrators in QA Leak team. Responsible for developing reporting procedures to the Warranty Adjustment team on projects that are in need of additional follow-up. The individual is responsible for evaluating and determining next steps for leak incidents involving Tremco Sales Representatives, customers, WTI Technicians, and/or subcontractors. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for supporting the QA Group by communicating with the sales and technical field personnel on warranty claim repairs, entering data for dispatching service orders for warranty claim repairs, and following through to completion and closing out of claim. Primary focus is taking the lead on ensuring that the data entry and follow-up on service orders for warranty claims is completed effectively. Provide accurate reports as directed. Provide continuous improvement and leadership in the leak response process and data collection programs. May be given special projects and/or assignments which are determined necessary for the efficient and effective completion of business objectives. Must be well organized and able to keep clear, concise, accurate records. Must take initiative to look for areas of improvement. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Requires experience and technical knowledge of the construction work involved, and the ability to use cost-estimating methods. Must be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the construction industry. SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Required PC skills include MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
