Robert Half Project Manager in Beachwood, Ohio

Description

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a project manager in the non-profit industry, based in Beachwood, Ohio. As a project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects, utilizing your understanding of cloud technologies, CRM, and ERP. You'll also be involved in the construction and project management aspects of the role.

NEEDS TO HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING WITHIN ACTIVE COLLAB

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the lifecycle of various projects within the organization.

• Utilize cloud technologies to streamline processes and improve project efficiency.

• Implement and manage CRM systems to enhance customer relationships and interactions.

• Apply knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to optimize business processes.

• Participate in construction-related tasks and decisions as part of the project management process.

• Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.

• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and devise contingency plans.

• Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and properly stored.

• Facilitate project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

• Ensure adherence to project budget and timeline.

Requirements • Minimum of five years of experience in a Project Management role within a non-profit organization.

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Cloud Technologies, CRM, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning.

• Background in construction is highly desirable.

• Proven ability to manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

• Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and schedule in an efficient, productive manner.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and establish strong relationships with all levels of an organization.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

• Proficient in the use of project management software and other relevant technology tools.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
